Entrance Examinations

It was a real story that had happened to my friend when he was entering the drama school. Being an actor was his dream since his childhood. So, when realized that he wouldn't be accepted to the school, he was very upset. The boy looked at the teachers and wondered if he failed his exams. Again something strange and unique flashed in his eyes and head of the council wanted to listen to him once again (he was sorry for this boy for a moment), but changed his mind on the spot because he was very tired. And he explained to the boy that acting meant turning into another person but not just a play and it was hard to do it correctly. The applicant dropped his head and left the room without saying a word. The director gathered his things and unsatisfied of the day went out, breathe air and drove home. He felt as if he had done something wrong but couldn't remember what it was. He got home, drank a cup of orange juice and lay on the sofa. He tried to fall asleep but failed: that young man was standing in front of him and his eyes were sparkling secretly. The director was tumbling on the sofa - everything was in vain - he couldn't forget that boy. The entrance examinations were hard that year - the list of applicants was tremendous. To enter the drama school they had to tell a story, recite a poem and say something unique. An actor should have a good voice, distinctive expression of face and manners. That young man was the last in the list and when he stepped on the stage, nobody was ready to listen to him - the teachers were harrying home. I guess they didn't try to notice him at all. It was unfair but it was true. However my friend was at the head of the class at high school and didn't want to give in.
